- Participants receive Google’s OpenTitan SoC
design with implanted security vulnerabilities - Find vulnerabilities, provide exploits, and
propose mitigations - Teams can use any tools and techniques
- The competition has two phases; selected
teams advance to the final phase at DAC 2026
